Under the General Direction of The Residential Program Administrator; The Residence Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Residence Program. 

Requirements:

- At least 2 Years management experience working within Human services.

-Bachelors in Human Services preferred

-High School Diploma required

-Valid PA State drivers Liscense required

- Background check required

Medical Counselor is responsible for providing ongoing supports, counseling, and assistance to the program participants, while implementing person centered habilitation plans. The role of Medical counselor  entails  scheduling & follow up of all routine medical visits. ensure scripts and medical data are current. Ensure  all prescriptions are filled as per MD requests. Work in accordance with site LPN/RN

Requirements:

-Valid PA  state drivers liscense required

-High School Diploma required

-Background check required

-Versed in medical terminology

-MA certification preferred.

Direct Care staff are responsible for providing ongoing supports, counseling, and assistance to the  program participants, while implementing person centered habilitation plans.
